About Nox
Nox is an intuitive being with a passion for fueling the spirit, calming the mind, and creating positive relationships with the body. Throughout her journey, she has found ways to unite the mind, body and soul. She values and respects the journey to find wholeness within ones self.
Nox has a bachelor's degree in Science with a focus in Clinical Exercise and Physiology. She is certified Usui Reiki Master as well as a certified Yoga Instructor. With her background and skills, she has helped multiple individuals find their path to self love and empowerment. Nox has official credentials as a certified Emotional Intelligence Life Coach in which she assists in helping others to understand, process and communicate their emotions in a safe and effective manner.
Nox cares deeply about the happiness and well being of others. It is her wish to remind others of the power they hold within themselves. Her goal is to help her clients to free themselves and walk their intended authentic path.

Sound Bath Therapy
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are ‘bathed’ in sound waves through the use of deeply resonant acoustic instruments like singing bowls and gongs. During a sound bath session, participants can experience a sense of awe at the sheer physicality of the singing bowls’ acoustic resonance, leading to a gradual release of tension and a meditative state of mind. As the session ends, participants can experience a restorative reset, subtler awareness of their body in its surroundings, mental clarity, and joy.
Usui Reiki
Reiki is a powerful yet gentle, non-invasive system that utilizes a gentle technique called “laying on hands”. Usui Reiki Master and trained therapist, Brittany, places her hands on, or just above, the client at 12 receptive points of the body, remaining at each point for three to five minutes. Through this action, Brittany acts as a medium for healing energy (ki or chi) and through her hands the client’s flow of energy is strengthened. Healing then occurs within the physical, mental and spiritual planes of the client. Reiki treats overall symptoms including ailments of the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki also has beneficial effects like relaxation and well-being.
Oracle Card Readings
Many skeptics might choose to steer clear of oracle readings due to the common misconception that they are hypnotic in nature and are designed to control your actions and thoughts; this couldn’t be further from the truth. Crystal healing works with the electromagnetic waves of your body. Everything is made up of energy! There are times when energy becomes stagnant, unbalanced, or blocked, which can lead to illness dis-ease. Crystals help unblock, balance, and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body to heal in a therapeutic way.
